She added that qualifying for the World Cup after being written off by some was "a feeling of pride."
The result ends Nigeria's reign as ten-time WAFCON champions and denies them an automatic ticket to next year's World Cup in Brazil, a tournament Cameroon last reached in 2015. Cameroon face hosts Morocco in Wednesday's semi-final, with Malawi playing Algeria the same day after their own run to the last four.
